THiET Travel Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern all bookings made with THiET Travel. By making a booking with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making your booking.
Booking and Payment:
Bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or through our website.
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The amount of the deposit will vary depending on the package and will be communicated at the time of booking.
Full payment must be received by THiET Travel no later than 60 days before departure. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of the deposit.
Changes and Cancellations:
Changes to your booking, including date changes or alterations to the itinerary, may be subject to additional fees and availability.
Cancellations must be notified to THiET Travel in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:
More than 60 days before departure: Loss of deposit.
60-31 days before departure: 50% of total booking cost.
30 days or less before departure: 100% of total booking cost.
THiET Travel reserves the right to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances or if minimum numbers are not met. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative tour or a full refund.
Travel Documents and Insurance:
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid passports, visas, and any other necessary travel documents.
Travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellation, and personal liability is strongly recommended. THiET Travel can assist in arranging travel insurance upon request.
Flight and Accommodation Details:
Flight schedules and accommodations are subject to change by airlines and hotels. THiET Travel will notify you of any changes as soon as possible.
Accommodation ratings are based on local standards and may vary from those in the UK.
Health and Safety:
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are fit to travel and comply with any health requirements or recommendations for the destinations visited.
THiET Travel reserves the right to refuse participation in any aspect of the tour to any individual deemed unfit to travel due to health reasons.
Limitation of Liability:
THiET Travel acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other service providers. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising from the acts or omissions of these providers.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.
Complaints:
If you have a complaint during your trip, please inform your tour guide or THiET Travel representative immediately so that we can attempt to resolve the issue promptly.
If the issue cannot be resolved during the trip, you must notify us in writing within 28 days of the end of your trip.
Data Protection:
THiET Travel complies with the UK Data Protection Act and GDPR regulations. Your personal information will only be used for the purposes of processing your booking and providing you with the services you have requested.
Jurisdiction:
These Terms are governed by UK law. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of England and Wales.
